Other signs are subtler--you feel your baby carrying much lower down. But talk to your ob, now.

Painful contractions: Regular painful contractions with cervical change is indicative of being in labor. Confirmation of labor usually requires an evaluation of someone who can assess cervical dilation. One can assess the frequency of their contractions from the pain and/or the palpation of their uterus. If unsure, contact physician and/or seek evaluation.
