"Straight answer": A straight answer: there's no way to give "accurate percentage" about your likelihood of pregnancy from this info. Your drug and alcohol use sound like problems on their own, but they won't interfere with your becoming pregnant. Only adequate birth control methods will prevent this. If you're trying to conceive while abusing substances, you're asking for a kid with developmental problems.

Likely: While there are studies that suggest a possible decrease in fertility with all those drugs, don't count on it. If there is not some other infertility problem, you have an 80-90% chance of pregnancy within a year, with regular sex. However nice he might be, drinking is not the best way to approach having a baby and getting good support. Use birth control (imo).
