Moderate: If your shook hands without washing your hands after touching your eyes you could give it to people. But, worse, they can blame you even if you don't touch them. Pink eye has a reputation.

Little: If you were careful not to touch around your eye and then touch surfaces your co-workers touch, the risk is extremely small. If you had used antibiotic drops during the 24 hours, the viability of the bacteria was less, and, therefore, the risk to your co-workers less.

Little unless: Minimal risk unless it is viral pink eye, which doesn't respond to antibiotics (like when you have a cold). Wash your hands a lot and avoid shaking hands etc until clear.
