Switch to an NSAID: Panadol is simply Acetaminophen (tylenol) and not very effective in many instances as a pain med. If your finger, still hurts, find out why from an orthopedist or rheumatologist. You can try an NSAID such as aleve (naproxen) or advil if it is ok with your doctor.

Not sure: I assume you meant tramadol for pain. I would need more information to provide any real advice. There are so many reasons for a finger or hand to hurt. If the pain persists you should follow-up with your doctor.
