Treatment of daily: Migraine --- can be aborted in several ways -- in the er with IV steroids/antiemetics/anticonvulsants or at home with oral steroids. Best check with your doctor.

Stronger pain pills: Panadol is a rather mild pain pill. Something stronger like ibuprophen(motrin) or aleve (naproxen) or even Aspirin containing combination(acetaminophen and asa) will provide better relief. You should let your doctor know as he/she may need to check your head to be sure about the cause of this headache.
