It shouldn't: Antibody tests are specific for the antibodies being tested for, so hcv antibodies shouldn't have an effect on HIV antibody tests. If you've tested negative at 5 months, i don't see why those results wouldn't be accurate, but if you want to be sure, you can always wait another 4-6 months and have the HIV test repeated.
