See your dentist: There is no way to diagnose what the problem is over the internet without actually being able to examine you and seeing an x-ray of the tooth. It could be a nerve involvement, a broken filling, a bite problem, a crack in the tooth, an infection or something else. It could be the tooth in question or even an adjacent or nearby tooth. See your dentist who can diagnose and treat the problem.

Possible RCT: The filling may have been deep, and close to the nerve within the tooth. In such cases, the nerve may breakdown and to save and retain the tooth, a root canal treatment (rct) is performed. Usually the tooth then requires a crown (cap). See your dentist for a thorough examination to determine the exact nature of your problem and plan the corresponding correct treatment.

Endodontist: By now the nerve should have settled down so you may need a root canal. I suggest you find an endodontist.
