I dont think i have an abscess tooth but i had a filling fall out a few week my pain started with pain deep behind my ear n is going down my throat ?

Get checked: I would recommend that an ENT check out your ear and throat pain for the presence of unresolved infection, and I would recommend that you have your tooth with the missing fillling examined by your dentist.

See: a doctor. You need examination because you may not be able all the time to tell if you have an abscess.

Pain: Regardless of the cause of the pain, you need to have that tooth attended to. Let your dentist examine the tooth... it may be the cause of your pain.
