See a dentist ASAP: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, ear, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. A dental abscess is a collection of pus that forms in your teeth or gums as a result of a bacterial infection. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. See your dentist ASAP.

Get checked: I would recommend that an ENT check out your ear and throat pain for the presence of unresolved infection, and I would recommend that you have your tooth with the missing fillling examined by your dentist.

See: a doctor. You need examination because you may not be able all the time to tell if you have an abscess.

Pain: Regardless of the cause of the pain, you need to have that tooth attended to. Let your dentist examine the tooth... it may be the cause of your pain.
