Yes: Plantar warts are often painful with the first step in the morning, but they can be painful throughout the day. With plantar fasciitis, one may have increased pain immediately when you take your first steps in the morning of after walking following prolonged periods of inactivity.

Not really. : Are you sure it's a wart? If your heel hurts, it may be plantar fasciitis, which very commonly hurts for the first few steps in the morning. It may also be a uncleared callus. See a podiatrist for definitive diagnosis and treatment options.

Not usually : Do you have a distinct lesion on bottom of your foot. Take a very close look and if little dark spots are noted then it would likely be a wart.
