See below: The ulnar collateral ligament (ucl) is a structure that helps stabilize the elbow on the inside. The common flexor tendon sits right over the top of the ucl. The two structures are often injured together. High grade partial tear means mostly torn but a few intact fibers. Treatment options depend on many factors and range from pt to surgery. Only orthopedist can decide which option is best.
