Lateral epicondylitis tendinopathy with multiple ruptures along the extensor tendon r elbow after fall on flexed elbow. treatment options? pt no help

Surgery?: Recommend conservative treatment with steroid injection, possible platelet rich plasma injection if an acute injury. Is diagnosis from mri? If so than more likely a surgical issue if from acute traumatic injury rather than from repetitive overuse.

Lateral epicondyliti: Cortisone or prp injection may give temporary relief otherwise surgery is indicated.

Tennis elbow...: Ask a doctor to try prp injection if physical therapy has been exhausted. May need surgery.
