A member asked:

Why should i be charged for the flap surgery when it failed and lead to an extraction? afraid to bring it up with this specialist. one charge, right?

Not necessarily: All specialists are geared toward success. That being said, medical procedures are never guaranteed. Nobody wanted it to work more than your dr. I always appreciated a patient who was unhappy discussing their feelings and concerns. Most professional bend over backwards to please patients. Talk to your dr., so both of you can resolve concerns.

Professional fee: If a person has open heart surgery for clogged arteries and then dies, does the estate pay for the surgery yes. The flap surgery was an attempt to save the tooth, not a guarantee to save the tooth.
