Absolutely: Being born without ovaries is not a reason to not have normal sexual function. The estrogen ovaries make can be replaced with pills or patches when the girl is old enough to start puberty. What is "healthy" for an individual is up to that individual. Most girls without ovaries have normal vaginas and uteruses. So standard heterosexual intercourse and even child bearing with donated eggs possible.
