Post nasal drip: Likely you have the residual from a cold virus, and have a post-nasal drip, which often causes a raw/burning feeling in throat. Vaporizer by bed can help at night. Cepacol/chloraseptic spray during day (check w/ob, but should be ok), or just hard candies to keep throat moist. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may help with pain some also.
