See a doctor: If you still have scabies, skin scrapings will reveal the pathology. If this is anxiety that may also be manageable.

Bugs are dead: But still itch for months after dying, use Hydrocortisone and zyrtec (cetirizine) for itching. Don't retreat with insectasides. Wash all bedding at temp high setting over 140 degrees and high dryer setting.
