My 3 mo old only eats 5-7 min. he spits it all up and is breastfed. he is 15 pounds and refuses bottles. what can i do? i'm worried he needs more

This maybe enough: Your child's weight is in the 75-90%, so it may be that he is getting enough food from you. Most of the nutrition comes in the first 5-10 min of feeding on a breast. You will need to see you doctor to confirm his growth. If he is very spitty, he could have acid reflux or a problem with swallowing. These should be investigated.
