Does hot water hydrate you less/more than cold water?

No: In western medicine there is no difference in cold and hot water for hydration. However, in traditional chinese or indian (ayurveda) medicine the temperature of drinks is extremely important to maintain health.

Water is water...: The only thing temperature does is you can burn more calories with cold water because it takes energy to warm the water to body temp.
