An allergist: Since the symptoms may related to allergies, treatment with medications and possibly allergen immunotherapy (allergy shots) may provide you with the best results. Medications that often help include nasal steroid sprays, oral antihistamines, topical (nasal) antihistamines, etc. Consultation with a board-certified allergist may provide the most benefit to you at this point to determine the cause.
