Our 6 month old baby has had fever now for 2 days. no signs of diaria or runny nose. she is still active and its more her head that is hot. 38 degree?

Low fevers: Infants begin having more simple illnesses (mostly viruses) after immunity derived from mom during pregnancy fades at 3-4 mo. The average kid will have 5-7 /yr until 5 yo when the frequency drops some. A temperature of 38 barely qualifies as an elevation. If the kid is otherwise having no symptoms & thriving, I would ignore it.
