Very likely : Viruses cause many many types if illnesses and symptoms. The illness started with a fever and could even be a striN of influenza. Now you have more typical upper respiratory virus symptoms that appear to be part if the same illness. Since it is viral, you will not need antibiotics unless you do not improve or if you get worse.
