Not Advil (ibuprofen) and Alleve: These are very similar medicines, and are not recommended to be taken at the same time. (they can add up to more stomach upset, for example). I suggest you choose one or the other, perhaps with input from your doctor. You didn't name your "muscle relaxer" and there are different types, so i can't speak to that.
