Number of factors: Your diagnosis, clinical individual situation, level of pain or inflammation, individual risk factors, and the past experience with NSAIDs medications. For example for low back pain Advil is recommended. For TMJ inflammation Aleve (naproxen) is better. Talk to your doctor about whether you can take NSAIDs daily.
