NSAID: Aleve or Naproxen is an all day medication, so it is 12 hours before you take another NSAID.

By the way:: Don't mix NSAIDS, I suggest Aleve only at a dose of 2 tab initially and then 1-2 tab every 8 hrs on a full stomach. If tot relieved within 12 hrs, you will need prescription medicine and you should be seen by your PCP.
