Alcohol and concussi: Concussion symptoms can last for a variable amount of time, usually one to two weeks. Headaches, concentration, light bothering eyes, and short term memory are common symptoms. I would not recommend drinking alcohol until all symptoms are resolved. Alcohol can lower your susceptibility to having a seizure, which can be a more serious problem with head injuries.
