Very unlikely : Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and odynophagia (painful swallowing) are some of the most common symptoms of esophageal cancer. Nosebleeds causes are usually divided into two categories, local and systemic factors, although frequently nosebleeds occur with no obvious cause. Esophageal cancer is not known to cause nosebleeds.
