Yes : Yes enjoy it. There is a lot of silliness online about avoiding fish in pregnancy. Fish is good for you and a great source of healthy fatty acids. The concern is not with fish but rather too much mercury. 22 cans of tuna fish per week gives you dangerous levels for example. Avoid multiple servings of shark, swordfish and predator fish.
