Diagnosis Driven Rx: Once you have been properly diagnosed as having low-t {hypogonadism} and you are at the age of adolescence, there is a good chance you will be prescribed testosterone. If you {or your parents} don't have insurance, then you will have to purchase the prescription. If you are covered by insurance, then all you have to pay is the co-pay which will cost you much less than an outright purchase.
