Please get help: I know it may feel as if things will never get better - but they can. If you are feeling strongly suicidal please either go to your nearest er or call 911 for transport if needed. I sincerely believe that getting help when your life is unmanageable is the right direction. You are making a first step by reaching out in this forum. Please take the next step and seek professional help. God bless.

Suicidal: Get help. Urgently. You sound pretty desperate. Help starts with just talking with someone about what feels so out of control or sad. Lay people and friends, ministers, mentors, etc. Can help a lot, but if you really feel as bad as you say you do, then go to an emergency room and tell them exactly what you asked in this question. This is important. They can get you good treatment. Don't wait.
