If you feel suicidal: Even a bit, u should reach out and get help from a therapist in the counseling office. U do not have 2 wait until u feel worse, speaking with someone will help u uncover why u feel so bad and help u find ways 2 overcome whatever challenges are bringing u down. U may need medication or psychotherapy may be enough. Get some help and let us know how it goes, your experience may help someone else.

If your suicidal thoughts become plans please go to the ER. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to rule out illness. The most complete evaluation for medication is with a Psychiatrist. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to cope with depression with ZOOM.com sessions. There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- stay safe, cautious & hopeful to elevate your immune system.
