It may be: You need to see a doctor to determine if you have a kidney infection. If you have no other cause of the fever i would be concerned that you do have a kidney infection. If you do not have a kidney infection there still may be something going on with your kidneys (like a glomerulonephritis-inflammation of your kidneys) to cause the blood in your urine.
