Depends: Everyone responds and recovers differently from surgery. The level of discomfort and swelling can vary from patient to patient and may not always be related to the degree of difficulty of the surgery. Most patients will have some soreness, some swelling, and if you are sedated and/or taking pain meds, some patients may feel tired or sleepy, while others may feel hyper.

It depends: It all depends on who does it, their experience and how deep the teeth are impacted. No one should take over 15 minutes do do all 4.

It varies: It varies quite a bit from person to person. However, the next day you should expect some pain and swelling, especially if your lower wisdom teeth were impacted. Pain and swelling usually peaks 48 hours after surgery, and then gradually subsides from there. You may feel tired from the pain medication. You'll want to eat a softer diet as well. Followup with your oral surgeon with concerns.
