No: I cannot think of a link between the two. Sometimes extreme stress to the body can cause amenorrhea---doesnot seem relevant here.

Unlikely: Although surgery may add to a little irregularity, i would expect that to have resolved by now. Pregnant? Don't blame your cholecystectomy.
