What do you suggest if my period yet. is there an association with missed period and gall bladder surgery?

Yes: After surgery, hormone levels change as a consequence of stress of surgery. This can alter the timing of your period. However, this is generally not more than a few weeks, so if you have missed more than one period, you should check with your gynecologist to rule out pregnancy or other causes. Meanwhile, make sure you use some form of contraception if you do not want to get pregnant
