Avoid SSRI's: In general, the class of medications known as ssri's are known to affect sex in a specific way: they make it difficult to have orgasm. This is commonly confused with having a lower libido (sex drive) but actually ssri's should not interfere with libido. Wellbutrin (bupropion) is an antidepressant with some effect in anxiety that should not cause anorgasmia. Exercise is the best anxiety medication of all.
