Yes: You are already on xanax (alprazolam) which is the strongest most addictive medication but I do not see an antidepressant on your list. Review this with your doctor. There are antidepressants that help with depression, anxiety and chronic pain. Life style changes help with coping mechanisms as well as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety along with the medication.
