Unlikely: Once a person is diagnosed with gluten sensitive enteropathy (celiac disease) i believe the only treatment is lifelong avoidance of gluten. If the diagnosis was not made with strict confirmation, it could be useful to undergo retesting with biopsy under the advice of a gastroenterologist. I don't believe the blood tests by themselves are sufficient.
