No, but...: It is possible to develop a sensitivity to chemicals or ingredients in hair dye/coloring or the ingredients used in hair "perms." these allergic reactions are not ige, so a blood or traditional skin test is unlikely to be of help. A patch test performed by a dermatologist or allergist could be helpful.
