Rattling in my chest for 3 days dry cough 3rd day & medicine hasn't helped i have a clogged nose sometimes runny coughed up some mucus hurts in chest?

URI/bronchitis: The rattling is likely mucous or fluid breaking up as you breath or cough (rhonchi). Drink fluid and may use mucolytic to make expectoration easier and coughing looser to prevent chest pain from the coughing due to effort. Treat the upper respiratory with antihistamine or nasal spray to decrease the symptoms. Fluids utmost. If with significant fever, then see your md as you may need antibiotics.
