No: For many women, morning sickness can be managed by changing the morning routine. Waking earlier, eating some saltine crackers and slowing down the morning rush are helpful. Taking a vitamin B6 supplement 3 times a day can decrease nausea, as well as wearing motion sickness wrist bands. If these suggestions don't help. Talk with your OB about prescription medications.
