Depends on you: Can't speak for you individually, but understand: 120 mg is a very small dose. Many people take 240 mg twice a day and tolerate it well. So, it's possible that you could take it anytime you remember it and be okay, but it depends on your specifics so it's always best to run it by the prescriber who knows you.
