Perioral dermatitis: You may have perioral dermatitis--a cousin to acne that usually only occurs around the mouth. Easily treated with a tetracycline antibiotic for about a month. Go see your doctor for a check and a prescription. One other possibility could be cold sores--usually come, blister, scab then gone in a week. To be sure, see your doctor.
