Very unlikely: Most ankle and heel pain is either local from injury, arthritis ,or nerve compression at the ankle. That area is innervated by L4,L5,S1.

Peroneal tendonitis. Heel pain. Took ankle X ray. Film witten "Bear Weight" but I didn't put weight on that leg at all. Does it affect result?
Have either peroneal tendonitis or stress fracture (awaiting MRI this week). Today, foot is feeling tingly? Is this really bad? No swelling, same amount of pain as usual.
