Accuracy varies: The accuracy of ultrasound varies depending on when in pregnancy it is done. Generally +/- 1 week in first trimester, +/- 2 weeks in second trimester. If there is a discrepancy in your recall of LMP and the ultrasound results, most doctors will go with the ultrasound results.
