Is there a way an ultrasound at 7 weeks can be off by 4-5 weeks? in other words, can a 7 week fetus be confused with an 11 or 12 week old fetus ?

The formation of organs and size of the head and exterminates are completely different at 7 weeks and 12 weeks so the chance is minimum.
