Neti pots: Most experts now advise against using neti pots because of the risk of infection. Please see an otolaryngologist (ear nose throat) doctor to see what caused the nosebleed.

Nose bleed.: Nose bleeds don't usually occur with use of neti pot. I am wondering if you lodged the spout against a structure in your nose and traumatized it.
