Nose bleeds: Nose bleeds normally do not hurt unless you are playing or picking your nose. When you get a nose bleed you squeeze the whole front of the nose and put your head backward. This will help the most frequent locations of the nose bleed. You can also put a cube of ice on the nose while holding pressure. The ice works on a sensory reflex that can also help to slow bleeding. Good luck.
