Nose bleed : Nose bleeding is not normal. Its usually from digital manipulation of the nose or dry cold air. See a doctor

No: It is not normal for anyone to have nose bleed, including diabetic people. If it is recurrent and frequent, see an ENT doctor as you may require treatment of abnormal blood vessels near the opening of the nose. Wish you good health!
