Went er 2 days ago after hitting my head on the base of a swivel chair doc said its a hematoma below my scalp is it safe to workout or run with it?

Yes: Unless the ED physician specifically advised against it, you are safe to run. The hematoma will not interfere; only bleeding or swelling of the brain within the skull would have made your running unsafe. Hope that helps.

Yes: Hematoma like,this,is self,limiting and will,slowly resolve. It should not interfere with your plans. Just try. Or to,hit,your head again.
