Enlarged lymph nodes can be a one of the symptoms of hpv or cervical cancer?

Maybe: This would depend on how advanced the tumor is. If it is a small minimally invasive tumor it is unlikely that enlarged lymph nodes have tumor deposits within them. Most of the time lymph nodes are enlarged because they are simply reacting to an infection or other process and not because one has cancer.

Possibly: Enlarged groin nodes can be a sign of female genital malignancy or more likely an infection at young age. If you have enlarged groin nodes, these should be checked by your primary doctor or gynecologist.
