I have a swollen lyphnode on my shoulder coming from my neck. when i went to the hospital i had a normal x-ray and a urine sample. what could it be?

If location of : Lump is on the top of your shoulder and at the end of the collar-bone then it is likely just a ganglion cyst. If in the axilla (armpit) then it may be a lymph node or an enlarged sweat gland. You mentioned x-ray and urine test, but what about the examination findings? Would get another exam. Can't tell by your description.
